At MOPERC, NO part of the fabrication process is automated. Everything, from bending stainless steel lugs to cutting slabs of lumber into conga and bongo staves and tucking skins is done 100% by hand to assure total perfection.

Ultra-high quality drums start with the best materials. Solid staves (not plywood) are precisely cut from large slabs; beefy stainless steel is shaped into long-lasting hardware and premium rawhide from Europe and South America combine to form elite congas and bongos. And…because everything is done by hand, quality control is a step-by-step process, not just reserved for the final inspection.
