DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

Shipping date of custom orders made through our website is maximum 36 days after we receive your payment

Effective March 1, 2022, the following refund policy shall apply:

  • Refund requests made within the first 3 days of the deposit shall receive a full refund of all monies held by Percussion MOPERC, Inc.
  • Refund requests made between the third and fourteenth day of the deposit shall receive a refund of all monies held by Percussion MOPERC, Inc.less 15% of the total invoice amount.
  • Refund requests made between the fourteenth and thirty-fifth day of the deposit shall receive a refund of all monies held by Percussion MOPERC, Inc. less 25% of the total invoice amount.

 

  • Invoices remaining unpaid for two weeks beyond completion of the order will be subject to cancellation with a refund of all monies held by Percussion MOPERC, Inc. less 35% of the total invoice amount.

  • We don’t do any exchange and refund of an undamaged good.

    Any damaged products must be claimed 7 days after you receive it.

     

    DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE ON THE ONLINE STORE SECTION       

    ‘’BRAND NEW DRUMS’’ and ‘’USED DRUMS’’

    Any purchase made of products in the ‘’BRAND NEW DRUMS’’ as well as ‘’USED DRUMS’’ online store can take up to 4 open days to ship. After the products leave our shop, we’re not responsible for additional transportation delays.

    Percussion Moperc inc. is entirely responsible for any damaged or lost packages in transportation and will replace them if needed.

    The products sold in the Moperc online store are final sales. 

    We don’t do any exchange and refund of an undamaged good.
